Built on the footprint of the historic Chicago Northwestern Railroad Depot, this beautifully landscaped complex is just blocks from the summer Farmers Market and the Spring Brook Trail System. The original Depot building features distinctive two-story floor plans with exposed brick and wood interiors, offering a nostalgic step back in time. Surrounding buildings provide modern, open-concept layouts with features like balconies, walk-out patios, and central air in select units. Tenants pay for electricity, while all other utilities are included.
