The mission of the Antigo Housing Authority is to develop and maintain affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families, to improve quality of life and self-sufficiency, and to serve our community with the highest level of professionalism, compassion and respect.

History

History

Established in 1967, the Antigo Housing Authority has grown and expanded from an 85 unit housing complex for seniors to a multi-jurisdictional housing and community development agency serving individuals and families throughout Langlade County.

Since 2010, we have leveraged a variety of public and private funding sources to preserve and rehabilitate over 170 units of housing.  In 2017, we proudly celebrated 50 years of service to the City of Antigo and Langlade County!

Services

We offer a variety of affordable housing opportunities for singles, families, elderly and individuals living with disability with over 282 apartments in 9 housing locations. In addition we provide affordable housing opportunities in the private rental market through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

The Antigo Housing Authority also offers full service multi-family property management for private owners in the City of Antigo. With over 30 years of experience, our professional team provides a variety of services tailored to meet individual needs.
