The Antigo Housing Authority was established in 1967. Our agency has grown and expanded from a 85 unit housing project to a multi-jurisdictional housing and community development agency serving the City of Antigo and Langlade County Wisconsin.

We currently manage 13 projects, in excess of 350 apartments in the city of Antigo and the surrounding county, from single family dwellings to the multi-unit apartment complex and administer 149 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

For the private owner, we are a full service property management team, providing expert services in management, tenant and financial accounting, and long-term asset preservation.
